In a 3-part series, the presenter will explore:

2. Mental Minding and Mental Wellness Definition
3. How leaders with great mindsets, are catalysts for sustainability and growth
This training series will focus on explaining the mind, in laymen terms, looking at how stress(ors), anxiety, trauma, work
life balance, workforce management and others impact the mind, the most vital part of entrepreneur success. Practical skills
and strategies will be given to assist the entrepreneur on a day-to-day basis to manage the various complexities of
entrepreneurship, especially during the ongoing impact of Covid-19.
Following this workshop, attendees will be able to:
• Identify key skills and/or tools necessary to assist in the success of building a sustainable and/or profitable business
• Understand the self-limiting messages, unconscious and conscious that will and/or are holding you back from
building a sustainable and profitable business
• Implement practical strategies to begin the process of undoing behaviors that can and/or are blocking business
