    Job Description
    This position is located in Cane River Creole National Historical Park, in the Administrative Division.

    Open to the first 75 applicants or until 04/23/2019 whichever comes first. All applications submitted by 11:59 (EST) on the closing day will receive consideration.

    At the 6 grade level you will serve as the assistant to the Superintendent. You will be the park liaison with Servicing Human Resource Office; use automated personnel system to enter personnel actions; assists with Personal Information Verification (PIV) card management; assist supervisors with hiring; act as park workers compensation coordinator and serves as backup timekeeper You will also assist with standard office functions such as mail, and office machine maintenance; obtain and maintain government purchase card for bill payments and general office supplies. You will be responsible for paying monthly utility bills in automated financial systems, track charge card purchases, perform charge card reallocation, serve as property manager, use automated financial systems, and perform a variety of day to day tasks managing a budget from various fund sources.
