Help us collect food for the NSU Pantry! NSU students, staff, and faculty can sign up to help collect donations of non-perishable food items on November 17. Don’t forget to tell your friends and family to mark their calendars for Nov. 17 so they can drop off their donations on campus at Collins Pavilion to help support our NSU family this holiday season!

About this event: Each year, KSLA partners with five organizations to host a holiday food drive (only one organization per city!). Northwestern State is the Natchitoches location. All food collected will go to the NSU Pantry. In the event that the pantry reaches capacity, we will donate any overflow to food banks that serve Natchitoches/Natchitoches Parish.

    When: Wednesday, November 17, from 6 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Where: Collins Pavilion by Prather Coliseum How: Donation drop off will be drive-thru style, and our volunteers will be ready to help unload/collect donations.

    How can you help?

    - Tell your friends and family! We need the city of Natchitoches to donate food to make this a success! Share this info with friends, family, coworkers, etc. and encourage them to donate on Nov. 17.
    - Volunteer with us on Nov. 17! Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to sign up to work the food drive. This is a great opportunity for us to document the community element of NSU. Don’t forget to wear t-shirts/clothing with your department/organization’s logo on it!
