Seeing that we are only 2 weeks from the Awards Luncheon, we have decided to hold a meeting this Thursday, January 8th at 12 noon. We need to make sure we are all on the same page, especially coming off the holiday season.
For the decorating committee - we have received the silver mesh and silver spray paint for the ones working on the decorating committee. The mason jars are being ordered this week. This committee will still meet on Tuesday, January 20th from 2-4pm to put together the decorations.
We will also have name badges for our newer Ambassadors.
Also, for those who have not yet picked up Community Profiles to be delivered to Chamber members - you can pick them up Thursday. To see which members you can contact, click here to open the google docs spreadsheet Tony sent to the Ambassadors earlier in December. Fill in your name, date picked up and # of directories--then update the date delivered column when you no longer have them (not when you plan to deliver them...)
