Few coaches can boast of training even one All-American. Leon Johnson, the 2014 Natchitoches Treasure award winner, coached 57 including two Olympians. Coach Johnson retired in 2013 after leading the Northwestern State Demons to nine track and field titles during his 31-year tenure. Join us at the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame and Northwest Louisiana History Museum as Coach Johnson shares memories, experiences and stories from his long, successful career as a coach.
