  • Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeping

    We are looking for a candidate who will be the first point of contact for clients and the general public who call or walk to our office at 431 Jefferson Street. The candidate should have at least 10 years' experience in the business world and great interpersonal skills, computer skills, and some bookkeeping experience. This multi-faceted position will test your ability to learn new skills, perfect existing ones, and be adaptable to the different needs of the office, including insurance bookkeeping and report management, office administration and coordination, and customer service.
