SUMMARY: As a Social Media Influencer for Jena Choctaw Pines Casino, the Social Media Influencer will play a crucial role in increasing our brand awareness and engagement on various social media platforms. The Social Media Influencer will be responsible for creating and sharing captivating content related to our casino/resort, events, promotions, and other offerings. This role requires an individual with a strong social media presence, creative flair, and a passion for the casino, hospitality and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality and engaging content, including photos, videos, stories, and posts, showcasing our casino's amenities, games, events, and promotions.
- Working with HR produce engaging content for current Team Member and potential candidates.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, etc..
- Create and execute social media strategies to increase followers, likes, and shares.
- Community Engagement:
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, and engage in discussions related to the casino and gambling industry.
- Collaborate with other influencers, content creators, and partners to cross-promote our brand and reach a broader audience.
- Event Promotion:
- Promote upcoming resort events, special promotions, and entertainment shows through your social media channels.
- Host live casino game sessions, providing insights, tips, and an interactive gaming experience for your audience within approved Resort Guidelines.
- Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Adjust content and strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a social media influencer with a significant following in the casino, gaming, or entertainment niche.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Passion for the casino and entertainment industry.
- Understanding of casino games and gambling culture is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High energy and enthusiasm for engaging with an online audience.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live streaming and event coverage.
