The A+ Coalition, an education initiative of the Natchitoches Area Chamber of Commerce, offers a platform for organizations and individuals to get involved, stay informed, and give of their time and resources to make an impact on and advance education in Natchitoches Parish. One way this can be accomplished is through the Coalition’s STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) in Education grant opportunity. Grants may be funded up to $7,000, or multiple grants may be awarded in smaller increments.  This grant is awarded on a yearly basis to an educator(s) in Natchitoches Parish for innovative STEAM initiatives used to advance learning and enhance the skills of students. Download a paper application here.
