Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or its equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous food service experience preferred
• Ability to follow food preparation and safety instructions
• Ability to operate large and small kitchen equipment and tools
• Ability to perform all job duties (cooking, sweeping, mopping, liftin up to 40 lbs, etc.)
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others
• Must have knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production procedures
• Ability to perform basic math
