The Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts seeks applicants for Summer @LSMSA Activity Leaders – June 2024

The successful applicants will monitor afternoon and evening programming while engaging campers in meaningful ways. Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for campers and responding quickly to help address problems or concerns. Assisting with LSMSA New Student Orientation may also be required.

Housing in our residence hall and a meal plan will be provided. All applicants must pass a background check and drug screen. This is a temporary position from May 28 – June 24.

Required qualifications:
• High School diploma plus completion of a minimum of one year of college

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working as a camp counselor or in a leadership capacity with children and/or teens
• Drivers license
